Zach Gigliotti and KJZ Flooring Solutions did a great job for me. I had the concrete floor in my garage sanded and polished. I had to work this project around the schedules of other contractors, and they were very flexible to accommodate my particular needs. They came back several times to be sure everything was just right. The work took longer than expected, but they continued working through all of the details until they were finished and the floor looked perfect. I was not sure whether I wanted an epoxy floor or polished concrete, but I am very happy with the polished concrete. It was the right decision. It looks excellent and is very easy to maintain. In particular, it is easier to sweep than the old, unfinished concrete floor.

My pool deck had developed numerous cracks, many of them far beyond the hairline stage. It was so bad I lost interest in painting it as the cracks detracted from any other cosmetic enhancement.

This is the type of job that most of the larger contractors aren't interested in, but I contacted KJZ Floor and they worked it in as a weekend job.

They were very professional and skilled and through a combination of cutting, grinding, filling and texturing prepared the deck expertly for paint. After painting, the deck is now exquisite!

It looks so clean I could probably eat off of it! Besides their amazing work the guys were very respectful, professional and helpful with a few questions I had. Floors in our home were in need of repair so we decided to have the tiles removed and expose the concrete instead of re-tiling or putting other flooring down. We hired KJZ and we're very pleased with the end results. Zach's presentation before we hired him was excellent; he brought his tools and some stains to show us what our floors might look like once completed. He answered all of our questions and told us different scenarios to anticipate if we intended to strip the floors down to the concrete. He and his crew were professional, courteous and worked well together; they treated our home with great care. Zach's attention to detail was exceptional and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Our floors are beautiful. We would, most definitely, hire this company again.
